Delivery Policy
Our delivery service is available nationally and will be completed within 2 – 7 working days, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in South Africa), once payment and order confirmation have been received. Please note that shipments to outlying areas may experience an additional delay of up to 24 hours, depending on the origin and destination.
For all national orders, we have partnered with The Courier Guy, who determines the delivery charges.
Once we receive confirmation of payment, the delivery service will promptly begin.
If you receive incorrect items or an incorrect quantity of items, please notify us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
Return and Refund Policy
HairFashion’s provision of goods and services is contingent upon availability.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact and unopened. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. All personal care products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging (including cellophane wrap, tamper-proof seals, and lids), unused, and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund you using the original method of payment. No price stickers or labels may be removed, and any personal care product that does not meet the client’s expectations for any reason may be returned to the supplier. We do not accept liability for any product that does not meet the client’s expectations, regardless of the purchase date, as the suppliers have committed to assisting with the accurate replacement of any such product. For hygiene reasons, brushes cannot be refunded or exchanged. The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed for by us. All returned goods will incur a 25% handling fee if an order is cancelled or returned; Items purchased on sale or at a discount may not be returned..
Return Courier Costs Policy
Please note that for any faulty appliance, including irons and other electronic items, the customer will be responsible for the courier costs associated with returning the item for repair or replacement. However, in some cases, the branded company may agree to cover the courier costs, depending on the specific circumstances and their warranty or return policies. Customer information is kept distinct from credit card information.
